HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
At Lolo Spencer Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and gift cards are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To return or exchange an item, please email us at returns@lolospencerofficial.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.
